1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Odinshot AI Studio ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Violations of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

2. Prohibited Content (Strictly Forbidden)

You may NOT use the Service to generate, create, or request:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content of any kind, including AI-generated sexual content, nudity, or sexually suggestive material

• Content depicting sexual violence, non-consensual acts, or exploitation of any kind, including minors

• Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation content of any kind

• Content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory

• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, weapons, drugs, or self-harm

• Content that infringes intellectual property rights, including copyrighted material, trademarks, or the likeness of real persons without consent

• Content that constitutes fraud, phishing, spam, or deceptive practices

3. Content Moderation

The Service uses automated content moderation to review prompts and generated outputs. Prompts or content that violate this policy may be blocked before generation, and affected generation requests may be denied without consuming credits.

You agree NOT to attempt to bypass, circumvent, obfuscate, or interfere with the Service's content moderation systems, including by altering spellings, using coded language, or exploiting edge cases.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or activity

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent credits, limits, or enforcement

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or abusing the Service's infrastructure

• Reselling access to the Service without prior written authorization

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or our staff

• Using the Service in a way that violates the terms of the underlying third-party AI models

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, at our sole discretion and without prior notice where appropriate. We may also report serious violations to the relevant authorities. Blocked content does not consume credits; however, repeated attempts to generate prohibited content may lead to account termination.
